Maybe at a higher price but with less shares and most times you are still taking a big lost.

Even with a R/S the PPS isn't going to be any better then where it is now. They are going to dilute again for a few months for trap another group of investor into another R/S.

This will be their third one. 2003, 2008, 2011!!! Tells you alot of the CEO's managments skills.
