I agree,
I think that NEOM is being far more strategic than we think. Timing is everything. You don't want to have a stock run before you get all your buyouts done as everyone will expect more money from you. You buy up any companies and or patents that you want before releasing any deals with Fortune 100 companies etc. That way you play on other's expectations. Once they are done with the aquisitions & patent buying and after they get preliminary deals done for future release then you will see the big PR's to anounce deal after deal. Always have the hopper full so you have growth to anounce when you want, not when you need.
