Is not that AVVAA think that is going to win, is they do not have anything to loose, if they win good for them, now if they loose they will stay in the same position that they are right now. As shareholder I think in the (short run) is better for us that they loose because both parties in this case they need to manipulated the PPS in order for both sides to accomplished what they want. NIR there money back and AVVAA getting the money that they need for marketing and production.
