I will do quite well IF we drill and IF we have proved assets. You seem to be quite certain of those things taking place. The market isn't. ZTEM is a map only.

We have no JV as that would be a signed contract that the market could potentially place a value on and measure progress. There's a lack of transparency as nobody except JB, the BOD & NAK knows what's going on. Why do you think we're at .036?

As far as JB saving the company, he's the one who set up the deal with the noteholders that were allowed to dilute the company month after month, etc...then he strategically defaulted and mistakenly issued shares that triggered the ratchet and now the noteholders control our destiny because he folded and settled for an un-Godly number of shares.

Yeah, he's real smart. Let him stick to finding the rocks, as we need a savvy, knowledgeable, strategic thinking CEO/CFO that knows how to negotiate, structure and obtain signed deals.
