Many posts ago we found out that after a claim is made (DE)and in this case June 11 2010 that the petitioner (MSE) has 120 days to serve all respondents on claim..last entry on docit is June 11, 2010 meaning they haven't proved anyone had been served or atleast not all have been served which apparently all have to be served to make petition valid. So they would need to start the process again is my understanding. Again, we are talking about stock issued back in beginning of 2007. This is the BS we need to let go and focus on the "acquisition". I wish Trahan would take all 4,5? companies and make them one so it would be easier to follow?
