Borders Group Inc. (fka BGPIQ)

I'm interested in hearing your opinion on the difference between BGPIQ and CEMJQ(now CHMT). I held 200,000 shares of CEMJQ, made really nice money, an equity committee was formed, and we thought we would emerge from BK. Didn't happen that way. I still made a boatload of money, but less $60,000 when they announced what the commons would get upon emergence. I sold what I had left, and did not stick around for the uplisting back to NYSE

I'm interested in buying here, but would like your feedback as to the differences between these two. Thanks.
