You are right, there are times it makes sense to issue shares. Unfortunately Parsons has chosen to use it in such a way that it hurts shareholders and only benefit himself and his two close friends Parrish and Poston. As you remember, he issued himself and Parrish and Poston a combined total 35,250,000 shares. Although they are not free trading as of today, once they are, it will effectively cut our share price by 38%.

Did you notice they released more paperwork today. Articles of Incorporation for 3 different time periods. Can't wait to see something more meaningful, like signed contracts .....
