you might be right.IMO any CVR is like a legal scam.all they can say is we did not meet the financials and that will be tanked.they can buy all the common stock cheap and issue a correction if at all needed or if there is no one left holding cvr then no one is forcing audit.wow..win-win for them.did not know legal scams are so easy...
