Agree S4 - MIDDLE EAST BIG investors will look for safe-haven investment (mostly PM) outside the GULF region. They would be more than confident to place their bets in the USA. ABU DHABI needs LOT of Uranium for their ongoing Nuclear Reactor programs, which I believe is Mr. Othon's focus.

ABU DHABI is a different territory, more sophisticated with economic growth compared to the middle east regions currently at unrest.
