First, I think these guys need an income like the rest of us. Second, I suggest that the increase in share count was necessary to support the move to obain $10M in capital infusion.In this economy, it is extremely difficult to obtain capital and I believe its a good move. Would you prefer allowing the business to fail due to lack of cash flow?
