"Shouldn't the 2010 result come soon"--Emilez

Yes, definitely. They said back on 1/19 that:

"The Company expects to announce fiscal year 2010 results in the next few weeks.”

Yet since they don't, as I understand it, have in definite schedule to adhere to, I wouldn't think they'd put out earnings on a day like today with all the unrest going on in the Middle East. Not, of course, that you were suggesting that they should. Yet I've been wondering now for a couple weeks if we might see earnings show up on the first business day of a new week, of which today would have been given the holiday yesterday. But I don't have any other info than what we were told in that January update. My only point being that with all the uncertainty abounding, if management has a choice in the matter I would think they would postpone making the announcement until things calmed down a bit so that more attention might be given to the report.

Then again, now that they've told everyone to expect the earnings out in "a few weeks", with it now being into the 5th week since that announcement, I would think in most peoples' minds they are beginning to stretch the meaning of "a few weeks" if they postpone too much longer. Not that I have any doubt that they'll get them done. It's "just" a matter of them doing what they say they're going to do. In other words, with so much negativity currently out there towards Chinese small cap companies with a special emphasis on how untrustworthy they are, now is not the time, in my opinion, to invent a new meaning of "a few weeks".
