No private message but your dd and clarification I can't dispute. At this juncture I would agree with you on all points. I think it is all systems go and glad that his mind is on board.

Here is a bit I received from Alan. Seems like a genuinely honest person.

The third engine is to power the onboard water supply and to operate the Venturi that pumps the gold bearing gravel from the sump area to the recovery deck.
Note, extra floating for work deck for high water applications.

I was interested in the uses of the dredges when the water was at a higher state then current conditions. The functional/operational time of our dredges is an important consideration IMHO.
