Where does it say Mex accepted CBAI offer ? Sometimes you can't see the forest for the trees . I sold my position in CBAI mathematically I would lose no matter what the court decision , I feel for the ones hanging on , they worked so hard and have such faith , the DD that was done was a tremendous effort . I live with my decision and only wish the best for everyone .
