WHAT EXACTLY DOES TRDY DO? And, when can we expect an 8K explaining without question and in detail the Trudy Corp new business?

For a new business, Stan or whomever is in charge (by all the names listed, in the 10Q) gives no detail explanation of their business and future businesses. Shareholders deserve more information!!!!
