To be honest with you , I don't know. I do believe that the outcome is not so clear cut as the other board would have you think. Common sense tells me that this company doesn't seem to be that concerned , no panic , no drop in pps no outrageouse banter or name calling . As far as not informing their shareholders , I think they're smart enough to to know what's going on they don't live in a box.
