IMHO..if ARTS is the new owner, do not invest. Please do your DD homework and read up on ARTS within the last 3 years. Its has done 2 R/S within a year and a half. The last one this past Nov. at 24000/1. After this reverse, It has sank faster than the Titanic from $2.40 to .003(current) within 3 mos. GLTA...Please be advised and do your homework.[img][/img]
