You can not go by the BUY/SELL ratio. You have to have buyers in order for there to be a sellers.

Do you think HEDGE funds know any MMs (Like NITE) that might be willing to sell 10k shares of LLEG to knock the price down. I am sure there are a lot of newbies that jumped in today not knowing what the hell they bought. loosing 10% in 1 hour could causing a little panic?

But it is OK, us LONGS know within 2 months the PUC, uplisting, California, Mass project and maybe something you guys do not know about yet, will cause this stock to move to the major leagues.

Just saying ;)
