There is,certainly, no reason to believe on this PR. Again same MOU and do not have any value until final agreement is reached before installation will start toward the end of this year.

Similar pattern is repeated again and again with no substantial change in the company

Dead end statement about financial partner. Which partner? Some one mysterious and who does not want to be identified. Or simply just another fluke.

I think all this is done to over come the share holders disappointment about antimony. It is like palying with the emotions.
