Very funny. I am in the same boat and my wife is a pathologist so she knows how to kill me without it being detected in an autopsy (haha). I would love to get my shares up to 1MM before the trial but I am one of the believers who thinks T-MOB will announce something long before the case trial starts. LIke you and many other have said, the federal judge will not let this thing linger on the books just because a much smaller state case is waiting. My gut says sometime early in March at the latest. They are still agressively advertising their expansion of the WIFI capability and I do not think they would be doing that not if they thought there was a possibility of having ot pull that technology in a few months. Just my WAG.
