It's because things have not happened as DA speaks of.
We do not have a 2nd store. Those are forward looking statements. We were already supposed to have one the first of Feb, not the supposedly the last weekend in Feb. Late as usual.
Then we do not get the time the store will supposedly be opening, but we get a date.
The info of the KK was listed and posted of where the speculation was coming from about what they were paid by both Bravada and Muscle Flex.
Does not matter so much if it is real or not, but it is out there and that causes issues.
I mean, if DA cannot tell us times, maybe he cannot give us dollars either.
