UB43...please define "Unregistered Securities" as it pertains to the stock in question. Secondly, my account is based on verifiable print information that I received from the company. If this account is not current as of today then please correct it with facts of a verifiable source of which you seem to have aplenty. I would welcome your vast knowledge on the subject.

I personally have no concern in this area, as I am sure that you don't either. So with that said, lets not make an all day affair out of this unimportant (to me)subject. ERue
