Road, you should re-read my other post from this morning. I highlighted that is seemed Neom has the money to pay as indicated by Zima, but O'Leary did not permit payment. So....I take that as being good as well since Zima wanted to make payments to them. I also find it interesting that O'Leary was specifically mentioned for punitive damages.

So the 1.75 million dollar question is where are these funds being kept? Financials didn't show it and I'm fairly confident the licensing 8k's did not mention escrow accounts. It has to be somewhere on some sort of book.
