I don't know if he has money or not as far as a class action suit , how many shareholders are we talking about ? What would be the cost , would we be throwing good money at bad ? The SEC is dragging its feet. If they have a case why is it taking so long to conclude ? We really just have to wait for them to get off their butts . The stock hasn't been halted , suspended revoked or whatever . Right now I will direct my anger towards the SEC who has to "sit or get off the pot".
