I don't think it's reasonable to compare early termination of a cell phone contract, which included payment of an agreed upon fee with some sort of employment contract breach for which you are sued and lose.

In addition, the early termination fee is small on a cell phone contract and you knew what it was upfront and had no issue paying it.
The judgement in GOSY's case is large compared to GOSY's cash on hand and working capital (which is already negative). The impact on the stock could, or perhaps, has been, substantial.

And yes, IMHO, (and I think a majority of objective observers), when someone breaks a contract and loses a lawsuit over that breech, they are almost certainly in the wrong, and likely, acted unethically.

The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing.
