I agree - looks good from here. The financial backing is the major piece IMO. For a start-up to get that kind of financial support is huge. They must be doing something right. Somebody believes. I see much larger working interest in future wells with the backing to invest in them.

As far as the debt is concerned, if they can get that paid and behind them it's all the better. If they need to sell shares to get it out of the way then so be it. I'd rather have a few more shares outstanding then be buried in debt.

Looking forward to seeing where we are at this time next year. My thoughts are that we'll be pretty happy.
