emed owns 40m shrs of cdvt,
cdvt trades at .09 we could see a buy out of cdvt
and a divy of cdvt to emed shareholders. happened before and emed ran to $1.17 could happen again.
cdvt and brhi are both involved in litigation and both are going in for summary judgements and both are supposed rumored buy out candidates.

brhi.pk has 116 m o/s with 80% belonging to ex insiders who have stepped down 25m float

emed.pk has 86 m o/s and 25m float
cdvt.pk has 170m o/s w/25m float. all imho.
