great post, but can you explain why the O/S in the 3rd quarter financials is 155 mil and then in the year end it's 170 mil? im guessing it's because the 170 mil is 'wieghted' but I don't know what that means exactly, is it the 'average' O/S throughout the whole year and then 155 mil was what it was exactly at the end of Q3? if that's the case then i get your calculations. Let me know, thanks alot.
