Says who, you? What evidence do you have the money is in the bank? According to the company, once they have the money, the veil of the NDA is lifted. Therefore, there is no money (yet?). Every passing day without developments hardly brings reason for optimism, sad to say. But, alas, I am merely restating the obvious.
