I can only tell you that he seemed agitated about the last spike in volume (2010), because he knew it was triggered by the penny stock players and had no substance as far as the Co. was concerned.

If this current increase in volume/momo/excitement is the "real deal", that's great, but IMO;
We can only assume that major Co. developements would not be kept secret forever, and again the Co. is severely overdue in issuing an update.
