iVan - sorry, I do not know why the stock is trading poorly right now. If you read through the company filings on the website I think it shows a healthy turn around story but the stock does not reflect the potential for the company to earn after the game changing events such as the patent, reorganization, etc.
My guess is that even before trading was suspended, there were only a few stake holders in the company and some of them probably left the stock for good (got sick of waiting for a turn around) and now there are probably even fewer investors so stock just flat lining. The company is simply unknown, I thought the game changing events would shed light on the company and global investors would flock to the stock with resumption of trading but it doesn't seem like that is happening right away, it may just take a while thats all.
Volume has picked up slightly and it looks like it bottomed around 18 cents so now back to 20 cents it is 2 cents away from book value. I have seen in previous years though this stock rocket up more than 70% in a single day so it is possible that if one day there is volume over 100M and many buyers, it could move quickly since we can see now that all the sellers are basically done selling.
