Several Pennystock promoters are alerting VCTY for a possible spike.

"Sub pennies have been very hot lately, some making triple digit gains in a single day. Keep an eye on VCTY, this one has rallied before. The company just came with big news again near the close on Friday so things may heat up next week."

I got out of this, but might played it again now that it is at .001. Might be a double from here.
