Something doesn't make sense, the web site shows this
"Joe recently invested $2,500,000 into the equity of the company and is providing credit facilities relative to product acquisition and related growth issues. Joe's entrepreneurial skills will be a significant contribution to Axium's future."

And yet the Investor package you recieved says $250,000 invested at the time he became interim CEO back in August. And who ever mentioned this becoming a Holding Co. doesn't look like that is going to happen. In fact, the entire situation doesn't look very good at all as to survival right now, at least not in the short term.
