TRON again you're confusing me here???? I don't recall anyone stating that doing a RS was "Illegal" That is just down right silly to assume that was what I was saying. Not to say misleading!

It is a fact that when a Pink sheet company does multiple RS's ( and Two with in the same year.LOL) they are considered repeat Reverse split offenders. Make Sense? Nothing to do with breaking the law, but certainly breaking share holder Bank accounts! rotflmto

Just saying....
