Second scenario is, ASEI will buy IMSC in March. ASEI just received a DHS grant to develop a air cargo explosive screening device. IMSC already has one. ASEI needs IMSC's technology. ASEI can buy IMSC for 100 million or $4/share. ASEI is located in Billerica, MA, IMSC in Wilmington. They are about 8 miles apart from one another.

My theory as to why IMSC doesn't report and delays? Buy out. Once bought out, the financials of IMSC are irrelevant.
