Highrider, WOuld you please create a short note again to the new people on this board why the state case should not deter T-Mob to settle their case? The state case is NOT about who will own the patents anymore. It is about how much MONEY and STOCK DD will recieve if he wins. People seems to forget so much about these two cases or try to manipulate the information to fit their agrument. Thank you.
