There is no any official document mentioned the shares cancellation!
In the theory all the "Q" stocks could be canceled. However in the
reality many "Q" survived for many years and some of them become the
valuable shell stocks. Look at WLKNQ: CH11 in 2004 and now a shell.
Few sick people kept posting the false information to mislead to the other people or attack this extremely oversold (93.6% decline after
the CH11) and undervalued (only about $100K MV) technology stock. Do
your own DD and based on the facts. Don't listen to the rumors etc..
