Come on people, several (not you jcg) are assuming ...

... that all or most of that ($1.75MM) was some sort of income and asking where it is on a revenue line, assuming lawyers working on contingency only, or that all of this had to be associated with 4Q10 when this could be an accumulation of YEARS of amounts that NEOM hasn't paid the attorneys.

$1.75 million in patent litigation settlements, licensing agreements and attorneys' fees

How about the following scenario?

$ from patent litigation settlements: $50,000
$ licensing agreements: $50,000
Attorney's fees (non-contingency): $1,650,000
Neomedia following the YAGI script as was outlined years ago: Priceless

Sure, increase the first two items and lower the third, no matter, the point is, that third line is way more than likely multiples higher than the first two combined.

All pretty funny, YAGI = lawyers + loan sharks so this is a dispute over lawyers and loan sharks not paying lawyers. Think the latter lawyers will be sending Guido over to collect? Probably not lol.

sued NeoMedia and its director, George O'Leary

Gotta love it, wouldn't it just be too beautiful if that whole YAGI-puppet-on-the-board totally backfired on him.
