You can't prove that ault is under investigation by the SEC. They can't devulge any information on any ongoing investigations. That IS a fact. To claim that ault is under investigation is, at best, speculation.

ault is still not redeemed in my eyes. He's back in charge, regardless on how anyone feels. While everyone is on a witch hunt because ault is in charge again, has ANYONE bothered to check into the background of the people running the day to day operations in the 1600 acre oil fields?

As much as I have a dislike of ault, I'm going to see what happens. It's always a gamble. I've come this far, I'm gonna see how it goes. If it dips into the triple 0's again before we get oil production stats, I'm buying a few million shares more.
