Does anyone know about a situation in Orville(sp), Oregon, concerning a micro short wave station owner, Mark Allen???
The story has it that this short wave radio station operator was in his pick-up truck & was approached by two unidentified, non-uniformed marshalls - as he sped away, one of the marshalls sustained a minor injury when he slapped the hood of the pick-up truck so Mark Allen might also be charged with 'assault'.
Mark Allen was jailed, fined $15,000, & is facing a jail sentence for operating an unlicensed radio station. He is currently being held at the federal court in Spokane, WA.
This man needs our support.......
