Whatever CIRM gives out will possibly decided in May with funds being disbursed in the summer sometime. These are not GRANT dollars, monies are a LOAN..Loans use to be covered by issuing waarants based on fully diluted share number, right now that would not be possible under our current share structure. ACT could have started their trial with their own funds and receive this funding, just as Gern is doing. They are not waiting on these LOAN dollars as some imply. ACT needs to get each clinical site approved by individual IRBS before anything happens.
