Entirely on topic, here is a comparison of LLEG with GRGR prompted by king oil's post number 86908. (Mods, TIA for reading and understanding the ToU):

"Actually, pink sheet stocks rarely announce earnings or submit filings, so LLEG is not the norm in this case"

It's not uncommon for Pink Sheet companies to file "financial statements" with Pink Sheets, although it's certainly less common for them to file audited financials.

Green Energy Resources (GRGR) used to file unaudited financials at Pink Sheets all the time, although in fairness, you didn't need Benford's law to see they may as well have been fabricated by a three year old during a bored moment in Kindergarten, just a minimum of a double digit IQ and the desire to use it:

"NEW YORK, June 21, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- It has come to Green Energy Resources' (Pink Sheets:GRGR) attention that the wrong 2009 information statement was posted on Pinksheets. The posted document was a working file copy containing errors and not correct. Company accountants are reviewing, revising and restating the 2009 Information statement. The company apologizes to shareholders for the error and will post the correct information statement (15c211) as soon as a final review is completed."

The rest, as they say, is history.

As I say, I look forward to reviewing Laidlaw's (LLEG) financials when they are "filed" on Tuesday morning.

Unless, of course, they are unaudited, in which case I won't bother, and I would advise everybody else not to bother too.
