I believe CEO Brian Sperber and president Greg Antoine, Brian's girlfriend Paulina and many others to be criminals. Everything will come out into the open, that is a total fact. If there were stock promoters then that will come out also. I know of 8 promoters personally that were paid shares to promote this stock, not just one. All documents, debt conversions , emails, shares issued, etc will get exposed and studied. What is left to be determined is who is really running the show now, if they will keep up with the fake news and heavy share dilution and if the stock stays trading or not into the investigation.
And where did the revenue, cash and assets go?
