AuthenTec will be demonstrating their Smart Sensor which is on the LG eXpro smartphone and uses BIO-key technology.

AuthenTec (NASDAQ: AUTH), a leading provider of security and identity management solutions, today announced that it will exhibit and present at the upcoming Ethernet Technology Summit being held from February 23-24, 2011 at the Santa Clara Marriott Hotel in Santa Clara, California.

AuthenTec will highlight its embedded security technology for high-speed networking chips targeting devices including routers, switches, and networking gateways as well as set top boxes, femtocell access points, home media gateways, and multifunction printers.

Steve Singer, AuthenTec WW Systems Engineering Manager, will join fellow panelists and address the session on Ethernet Security. Mr. Singer’s session is scheduled for February 23, 3:20 pm to 4:30 pm Pacific Time.
