All divisions except print have a group page on facebook. I am using this information as additional knowledge on what is happening with programming, user interest and other interactions. It is a huge advancement having the senior tech managers on with users to improve the product base. They are advancing social media well beyond the stoggy way it has been developed in the past - only good things come with this additional approach!!!
