The PR included details of their business PLAN.

United Treatment Centers' business plan for building a revenue base from sales of the Waterless Toothbrush include:

-- Obtaining General Services Administration (GSA) approval to sell to
U.S. Government agencies and Departments
-- Closing on already initiated sales negotiations from 2010
-- Fulfilling long delayed online orders

The lawsuit came about approx 8-9 months ago. What was the excuse for UTRM not shipping toothbrushes to internet based customers, between the order date and the filing of GSK's lawsuit?
Looks like they had 5-6 months to get the orders filled.

WHAT IS THE BASIS FOR THE ONGOING DELAY???

SO FAR AS UTRM HAS DISCLOSED, THE INTERNET BASED ORDERS ARE THE ONLY ORDERS THE COMPANY HAS RECEIVED TO DATE. UNLESS I MISSED A PR.....
