Scoth..or anyone ...just some quick questions for ya,,might be a little off the wall..but ...
if there was to be some sort of merger situation,,,could Rainbolt who's supposedly on the Board At Kepco and who was the CEO of ZLUS...could they consumate a merger if he is on board as the CEO on one company...and on the Board of the other (Kepco) with mabye a beneficial holding? .... could that be possible reason for the step down..?
and do we know for sure that AULT is going to stay in the CEO roll...or could he just be stepping in until a new replacement is named?...
might be dumb questions...but...
