As for the proposal - at the moment it's exactly that. Who knows if it goes through or not - I'm certain there are many mining-friendly legislators who will work to remove or mitigate the impact of this proposal on their industry, so this may or may not have any impact on us. Of course, before it does become an issue we need to get out of BK, start producing something that requires royalty payments to be made, and favorably resolve the PN lawsuit against us.

Again, thanks for your advice/confirmation on my original question about how this impacts us.
