This board is now used to:

* Discuss stocks that are known to dilute their shareholders.

* Post news releases or filings that announce increases in the share structure of particular stocks. (publish link)

* Announce reverse splits (publish the link to the announcement).

* Reminisce of past stock scams or companies that flagrantly abused shareholders to the point where they were shut down, trade on gray sheets etc...

* Discuss reverse split repeat offenders.
