As long as Rainbolt is still on the team somewhere, his thoughts and opinions, are still there too to find their way to the ear of the CEO! Just less exposure for Rainbolt, which is what I think he was seeking!

Ault has better credentials for one who can seek out financial backing, where Rainbolt would better serve in field operations!!
