I wish anyone who attempts to promote this stock as anything other than a trade, to provide a rationale.

Personally, and no one has to agree with me, I believe the hotel purchase to be false. Multi-million dollar 5 Star resort hotels do not get sold to pinksheet companies for shares.

The thing just got completed. Don't you think a bank is involved with the financing of the construction? Explain to me how this deal would be structured so that all parties would be willing to sign off on it?
